EDITORIAL

In 2002, the thought to publish a Journal for the Faculty of Law, DELSU was conceived. This eventually materialized in 2005 with its maiden edition known as DELSU Law Review (DLR) with two volumes cited as DLR Volume 1 numbers 1 and 2 2005.

DELSU Law Review over the years has contributed immensely to legal scholarship through the publishing of topical, recondite and current legal essays of scholars. This has impacted greatly and positively on readership cutting across the legal profession as a whole and the general public. This current edition is cited as DLR VOLUME 5 2019. The views expressed are those of the respective authors. I am fully optimistic that this edition will contribute invaluably to legal education based on contemporary and salient legal topics examined by the various authors. I, unhesitatingly recommend this edition to academics, judges, legal practitioners, students and the general public.

Long live DELSU Law Review. Long live Faculty of Law, DELSU.
